He is survived by: his wife Leslie Bailey; his daughters, Lisa Lay (Richard) of Clinton and Brandie Brewer (Gary Lowe) of Rocky Top, Tennessee; his sister Peggy Davis; his grandchildren, Hunter, Olivia, Cloe, Emily, Jaxson, Garrett, Alia, Samantha and Isaiah; his great grandchild Wesley Hays; his nephew Billy Bailey; and his friends, Lee, Sheila and Kaitlyn Weaver. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
