She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Reeves and Verda Reeves; her husband Frank Scruggs; her daughter Cindy Carter; and her siblings, Jerry Reeves and Helen Reeves.
She is survived by: her son Donnie Scruggs (Sherri); her grandchildren, Farrah Stooksbury (Danny), Chris Weaver, Patience Marcum (Tim) and Zach Scruggs (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Jackson Stooksbury, AnnaLia Stooksbury, Ainsley Marcum, Finley Marcum and Allie Scruggs; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Lowe and Kenneth Scruggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
