He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Harris and Frances Harris; his siblings, Jeffrey Harris, Susan Harris and Sandra Jarrett; and his brother-in-law Terry Jarrett.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his daughters, Carlie Harris and Emily Harris; his grandchildren, Kathleen Hamilton and Charles Hamilton; and his brother Harold "Hal" Harris. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, relatives, and many long-time friends.
