He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Rhea and Omer Rhea; and his siblings, Roy and Patty. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Tommy (Kim), Timothy and Amber (Jay); his grandchildren, Anastasia, Timothy II and Caden; and his brothers, Ron (Lulu) and John (Sally). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
