He is survived by: his wife Sheila Parks; his children, Kayla Evans (Slade), Shannon Parks and Jamie Phillips (Shelley); his siblings, Gary Parks (Teresa), Beverly McGill (David) and Lynda Lowe (Bill); his grandchildren, Finley Rose, Mary Kate, Tanner and Cooper; his mother-in-law Alene Duncan; his sister-in-law Debbie Phillips (Steve); and his close friends, Doug Duncan and Kevin Elliott. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews.
