He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Sue Boatman of Clinton, TN and Yoshiko Carver of Powell, TN; his children, Susan Tackett (Alan) of Clinton, TN and Jeff Wallace (Martie) of Powell, TN; his grandchildren, Greg Tackett (Missy) of Jacksboro, TN, Monica Farner (Glenn) of Nashville, TN and Lauren Frye (Chad) of Clinton, TN; and his great grandchildren, Emily, Seth Tackett, William, Anna Grace Farner, Landon and Aiden Brown.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home (621 S Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
