He was predeceased by : his wife Evon Meredith Lively; his parents, Lewis Lively and Anna West Lively; and his siblings, Linda Carter, Lilly Neal, Minnie Seiber, Lela Johnson, Mary Langley, Rev. Hildon Lively and Robert Lively.

He is survived by : his children, Mitchell Lively (Tammi) and Angie Isham (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Chloe, Seth, Dillon, Silas, Chelsea, Luna, Cody and Haley. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
