She is survived by: her husband Charles Adcock of Coalfield, TN; her daughters, Charlotte Ann Thompson of Hubert Heights, OH and Phyllis Jean Stevens of Dayton, OH.; and her grandchildren, Aric Paul Chil, Penny Renee Stevens, Shawnery Borchert and Charles Michael Shepherd.
