He was predeceased by : his wife Elizabeth Baker (Shorty); his parents, Lester Baker and Athene Baker; and his siblings, Gail Daugherty, Louise Davis, Carl, Junior and Glen Baker.
He is survived by : his sons, Little Joe Baker (Chris) of Oak Ridge and Andy Baker (Tiffany) of Oak Ridge; his grandchildren, Hailey Baker, Holden Baker (Alli), Alivia and Jackson Baker; his sister Helen Savage of Sparta, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Betsy McGhee, Steva Russell and Cathy Hilton. He is also survived by friends and other family members.
