He is survived by: his wife Debra Wimpy Wiggins; his children, Robert Wiggins, Dee Patterson (Jeff) and Amanda Wimpy (Terrence); his stepdaughter Leahia Thomas; his siblings, Leroy Wiggins, Billy Wiggins and Janie Manning; his grandchildren, Holden Patterson, Adam Wiggins, Alley Wiggins, Whitney Wiggins, Dusty Wiggins and Gavin Robinson; his great grandchildren, Brynlee and Addi; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (96 Clair St, Tracy City, TN 37387). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at the Plainview Cemetery.
