She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Lee McPeak and Gladys Gray Rose McPeak; her husband John Edward Augustine; and her siblings, Joyce, Gayle and Staley.

She is survived by : her children, Jackson Augustine (Elizabeth) of Unionville, TN and Charlie Augustine (Janna) of Lewisburg, TN; her grandchildren, John Augustine (Abby), Will Augustine, Tyler Augustine, Makenzie Augustine and Jasper Green; and her sisters, Ruth Sizemore of Galax, VA and Wanda Little of New York.
