It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elza Elaine Wessels of Collegedale, Tennessee, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Izak Frederick Wessels MD; and her daughter Rhoda Nadine Wessels. She is survived by : her children, Dr. Delia Wessels Anderson (Todd) and Gunter Wessels; her brother Ivan Blake (Elvera) of Fletcher, NC; and her grandchildren, Amara Wessels, Lucia Wessels, Gianna Wessels, Garrett Anderson and Annika Anderson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Worthy Student Fund at the Southern Adventist University.
