She was predeceased by: her husband James Thomas; her son Scott Thomas; her parents, W. T. Joyner and Pauline Broadaway Joyner; and her siblings, Janie Switzer, Mary Anderson, Jean Bell, Martha Nell Joyner, Jerry Joyner and Larry Joyner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Dick (Chris Dick) and Paula Scott; her stepdaughter Audrey Webb; her siblings, Diane Kimble (Marty Kimble) and Bobby Joe Joyner (Vyonne Joyner); her grandchildren, Drew Scott (Jana Scott), Wheeler Allen, Kelsey Scott, Peyton Loftis (Austin Loftis) and Haley Sherman (Sam Sherman); and her great grandchildren, Sophia Jerome, Adelynn Loftis, Kaylee Loftis, Cade Loftis, Penny Scott, Colson Scott, Ash Allen and Parker Scott.
