He was predeceased by: his parents, Cathryn Gaul (Young) and Laverne "Ed" Gaul, MD; and his siblings, Judy and Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Amy and Mark; his children-in-law, Justin and Shelly; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Gracie, Lucas, Crosby, Lily and Ian. He is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews, grand-nephews, and a loyal circle of friends.
