He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Sr. Berry and Helen Berry; his former wife Sandy; his son Sean Berry; his sister Helen McSchooler; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Berry, Walter Eidson, Don Scott, Leroy McSchooler and William'Bill'Detmer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Berry; his children, Shannan Kiedis (Tommy) of Lancaster, PA, Shane Berry (Linda) of Collierville, TN, Scot Berry (Dedee) of Germantown, TN and Shell Berry (Laurie) of Bartlett, TN; his daughters-in-law, Ronda Berry of Bartlett, TN, Stacy Loftis (Mark) of Germantown, TN, Steffeny Sheals (Brad) of Collierville, TN and Shad Berry (Veronica) of Germantown, TN; his stepdaughters, Renee Irvan (Mark) of Bartlett, Rechelle Simpson (Darrell) of Memphis and Robin Wood (Mark) of Bartlett; and his siblings, Pat Eidson, Jackie Scott, Diane Detmer, Debbie Kirk (Ronnie), Denise Berry and Don Berry. He is also survived by forty grandchildren and sixty-nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Collierville First Baptist Church (830 New Byhalia Rd, Collierville, TN 38017). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
