She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Wilson and Ressie Wilson; her husband Clarence Gilmer, Sr.; and her siblings, Jean Dunn and Barry Wilson.
She is survived by: her son Al Gilmer; and her brother Asa Wilson, Jr.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
A committal service was held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Magnolia Cemetery (435 S Mt Pleasant Rd, Collierville, TN 38017).
