He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Ira Miller and Odessa Dee Miller (Abernathy); and his siblings, Robert Adolphus Miller, Avis Lavern Miller, Annie Lou Hammond and Emma Leo Miller.
He is survived by: his spouse Jessie Marie Miller (Kelley) of Rockford; his children, Donna Jean Johnson (Stephen), Neal Fredrick Miller, Barry Christopher Miller (Marylou Saward) and Lynn Tully (Steve); his grandchildren, Derek Tully, Brad Johnson, Jake Miller, Mark Tully, Cathy Woodruff (Tully), Lauren Munden (Johnson), Brittany Hesterly (Johnson), Matthew Tully, Mason Miller, Nicholas Miller and Benjamin Miller; his grandchildren-in-law, Tatum Johnson (Brad), Serena Miller (Jake), Wesley Woodruff (Cathy), Cameron Munden (Lauren) and Alex Hesterly (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Presley, Jagger, Harrison, Hallie, Lennon, Stevie, Kenna, Quincy, Jovi, Josie, Denver and West.
