He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Taylor Foster Jr. and Polly Foster. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Russell (Foster); his sons, Kevin (Katie) and Matt (Ashley); and his sister Ann. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren, and considered his church family.
