She is survived by: her children, Holly Hollingsworth Fava of Collierville and Charles Foster "Chet" Hollingsworth III (Brandi) of Carriere, Miss.; her grandsons, Dominic Fava, Anthony Fava, Garrett Hollingsworth (Sage) and Greyson Hollingsworth; and her brother Ed Sultan (Kate) of Knoxville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
