She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Wilmer Albert Sweetser, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Karen Anderson, Dr. Al Sweetser (US Army), Scott Sweetser (US Army) and Dr Wyndie Buckler. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
