She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Simpson Perkins (Jackie) and Jennifer Simpson Outlaw; her grandchildren, Kenneth Perkins (Heather), Jeremy Perkins, Michael Outlaw and Cassie Smithey (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Perkins, Wyatt Perkins, Jace Smithey, Charlie Perkins, Layla Smithey, Asher Perkins and Levi Perkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collierville Funeral Home (3863 Bailey Station Rd, Collierville, TN 38017). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
