He is survived by: his wife Gail Baird; his parents, James Baird and Sandy Baird; his siblings, Sherry Bodron (Bob) and Richard Baird (Liz); his son David Baird (Shannon); his grandchildren, James, Ruth and Emily; his son Kerry Baird (Lauren); his grandson Kooper; and his son Jonathan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Methodist Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Billy's name.
