He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Pate (Richard); his daughter-in-law LouWanda Ferguson; his grandchildren, Hunter Pate (Amelia), Taylor Pate, Courtney Lies (Benjamin) and Jacob Ferguson (Audra); his great grandchildren, Jack Pate, Cole Pate, Charlotte Lies and John Michael Lies; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Stevenson (William) and Eva Wyse. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
