The memory of Oscar Neill of Collierville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bivens Ogilvie Neill and Sara James Allen Neill; his wife Mary Frances Neill; and his sisters, Eddie Frances Kilpatrick and Marilyn Vaughn.

He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Mink (Paul) of Sykesville, MD, Amelia Myers (Deron) of Collierville, TN and Alana Roberts (Damian) of Lebanon, TN; his grandchildren, Nathan Allen Myers, Benjamin Caleb Myers and Emma Roberts; and his sister Ludell Coffey of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
