She is survived by: her husband Charles Richard Martin of Collinwood, TN; her children, Crystal Paige Martin Holt (Kurt) of Collinwood, TN and Christopher Richard Martin (LeighAnn Karcher) of Collinwood, TN; her siblings, Sabrina Daniel Mauldon (Chris) of Iron City, TN, Michael Ray Daniel (Sybil) of Murfreesboro, TN and Edwin Jay Daniel of Collinwood, TN; her grandchildren, Kurtlyn Danielle Holt, Brody Allen Holt, Kayden James Martin and Carolina Anet Martin; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Michael Karcher and Kaleb Scott Karcher; and her caregivers, Linda Ray and Debra Reeves. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
