He is survived by: his wife June Horton of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.; his children, April Horton and Shannon of Millbrook; his sisters, Deborah Hester of Russellville and Jeanette Sherrill of Collinwood, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Leanna Edwards, Landon Horton, Sophie LaDeau, Kilian Whitford, Katie Cooley and Grayson Cooley; his close friend Adam Whitford; and his child Skylar.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Collinwood (993 TN-13, Collinwood, TN 38450). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
He was a cherished independent insurance agent who made significant contributions to his field and demonstrated unwavering dedication to his community and family.
