He is survived by: his wife Linda Thigpen Daniel of Collinwood, Tennessee; his sons, Dennis Keith Daniel of Knoxville, Tennessee and Christopher Daniel of Collinwood Tennessee; his grandsons, Jayden Daniel of Collinwood, Tennessee and Hunter Caperton of Collinwood Tennessee; his great great grandchild Marlee May Daniel of Collinwood, Tennessee; and his sister Debra Holt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
