He is survived by: his son John Dial (Melissa) of Collinwood, TN; his granddaughters, Emily Dial and Abigail Dial Weaver (Carson Weaver); and his siblings, Ricky Dial (Lisa), Robert Dial (Debbie), Carol Daniel and Brenda Reed (Cleo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Collinwood or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
