He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambert Leeotis and Mary June Dial; his wife Margaret Ann Dial; and his siblings, Jackie Dial, Janette Dial and Karen Brewer.
He is survived by: his son John Dial (Melissa) of Collinwood, TN; his granddaughters, Emily Dial and Abigail Dial Weaver (Carson Weaver); and his siblings, Ricky Dial (Lisa), Robert Dial (Debbie), Carol Daniel and Brenda Reed (Cleo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Collinwood (993 TN-13, Collinwood, TN 38450). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Memorial Gardens of Wayne County - Collinwood (993 TN-13, Collinwood, TN 38450).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Collinwood or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
