She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavern William Crowder and Blanche Lucille Palmer Crowder; her husband James McGrady Pitts; and her siblings, Betty Ruth Eaton, Alice Marie Horton, Wanda Kay Wilkerson and Charles W. Crowder.
She is survived by: her sons, James Pitts (Judy) of Mountain View, AR and Michael Pitts (Denise) of Gadsden, AL; and her sister Ruby Lee Spears of Savannah, TN. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
