It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Asa Loyd Chennault of Columbia, Tennessee, born in Summertown, Tennessee, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Chennault and Violia Rubert Chennault; his wife Helen Chennault; and his sister Joy Kay Ward. He is survived by : his sons, Jeffrey Chennault of Columbia, TN, Randy Chennault (Jennifer) of Chattanooga, TN and David Chennault (Paula) of Thompsons Station, TN; his siblings, Ernest Chennault, Jr. (Roberta) of Summertown, TN, Ruby Jean Haymons of California and Bonnie Springer of Washington, IL; his grandchildren, Nikki, Anna, Jessica, Alec and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Luke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
