It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Nicholson of Columbia, Tennessee, who passed away on May 26, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Dunavant and Coleah Dunavant Henson; her husband Frank Nicholson; and her siblings, Joann Wallace, Linda Dixon and Harry Dunavant.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Nicholson (Jamie) and Terri King; her sister Sherry Bowman; and her sister-in-law Ruth Dunavant. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren (one on the way) and one great-great-grandchild along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Craft Memorial United Methodist Church.
