He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Prince and Mattie Bobo Prince; and his sisters, Mary Frances Barnett and Lola Mae Sides. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Pugh Prince; his son Garrett Prince of Ethridge; his grandsons, Matthew Shepherd (Victoria) of Summertown and Preston Shepherd; and his brothers, Roy Prince of Hernando, MS and Ray Prince (Jennifer) of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
