He was predeceased by: his father Billy; and his siblings, James Williams, Dorothy Williams, Elnora Redding, Rosa Jenkins, Herald Williams and Randolph Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Billy E. Williams, Jr. (Teresa McCoy) of Columbia, TN and Jeff Roach of Chattanooga, TN; and his grandchildren, Laesha Williams, Jasmine Roach, Flora Lee Roach and Poncho. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
