He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lush Neese and Ethel Clark Neese Warren; his wife Shirley Bell Counts Neese; his siblings, Joan Smith and Clark Neese; and his in-laws, Linda, Ray Stewart, Ronnie, Donnie, Luther and Smitty Counts.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Neese of Dianna, TN and Joey Neese (Peggy) of Columbia; his granddaughter Maria Dawn Neese of Long Beach, Washington; his sisters, Stella Elaine Lanning (John) of Santa Ana and Fay Smith (Foy) of La Vergne, TN; his nieces and nephews, Lynn, Felicia, Christy, Debbie, Shirley, Connie, Foy II, Stephen, Ricky, Gene, Chris, Jimmy, Phillip, Travis, Troy and Brad; and his close friends, Carol, Nelson Roberts, Danny, Debbie and Daisy Collins.
