He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Buford Moss and Carol Sue Tate Moss. He is survived by: his wife Tanyel Rippy Moss; his children, Adam Moss (Tori) of Mt. Pleasant, Seth Moss (Shelsea) of Primm Springs, Hannah Hallmark (Tanner) of Columbia, Ashton Batey (Will) of Knoxville and Rebecca Rummage of Columbia; his grandchildren, Audrey, Ramsey, Baylor, Cutler, Gracelynn, Paxton, Kameron, Landon, Amelia and Neyland; and his brothers, Timothy Moss and Michael Moss (Hailey). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
