She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Adam Hendrix and Fannie Belle Holder Hendrix; her husband John Sowell Pipkin Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Hendrix Glenn, Ella Hendrix, Elizabeth Hendrix Howell, Thomas Hendrix and James Hendrix.
She is survived by: her children, John Richard Pipkin (Beverly) of Chapel Hill, TN, Thomas Howard Pipkin of Columbia, Joe Stanley Pipkin (Debbie) of Columbia and Elaine Pipkin Livesay (Frank) of Nashville; and her sister-in-law Mary Alice Hendrix. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
