He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie Stein; and his pet Crazy. He is survived by: his significant other Linda; his sons, Kevin and Dennis; his mother Diane Stein; his siblings, Dea Jo Ray (Darryl) and Aaron Steadman; and his pet Cobra.
