It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Watkins of Columbia, Tennessee, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Watkins and Frances Galloway Fly Watkins; and his siblings, Douglas Watkins, Charles Larry Watkins and Virginia Houser.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Tom Watkins of Columbia; his daughters, Carol Becker (Paul) of Chapel Hill and Tammy Crain (Daryl) of Columbia; his brother Johnny Watkins (Jan) of Columbia; his grandson Tyler Crain of Columbia; and his stepgrandchildren, Bradley Becker (Sarah) of Manchester, Amanda Becker of Lewisburg and Patrick Becker (Malea) of Columbia. He is also survived by three step great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
