He is survived by: his wife Carol Wheeler; his sons, Jim Wheeler (Laura) of Johnson City and David Wheeler (Michelle) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Lindsey Clark (Logan), Daniel Wheeler, Sydney Wheeler, Tate Wheeler and Carolina Wheeler; his great grandchildren, Beecher Clark and Tripp Clark; and his sister-in-law Kay Wheeler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
