Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Bartley and Rose Evelyn Saylor Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bartley; his son Brian Bartley; his daughter-in-law Leah Beth Bartley; his grandchildren, Amelia and Gavin Bartley; and his sister Mary Evelyn.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cremation Center (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221). Visitation was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
