He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin and Irene Hartley; his parents, Billy Hartley and Robbie Peach; his brother William Hartley; and his uncle Raymond Woodside.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Hartley; his sister Debbie Jones (Lucille Woodside); his children, Billy Hartley, Eddie Hartley (Jeri), Jessica Clark (Brian) and Brandon Wheeley; his adoptive daughter Carolina Alas-Osorto; his grandchildren, Tyler, Harold, Skyler, Dawson, Kaylee, Allen, Bodie, Braden, Carter, Kasen, David and Lily; and his great grandchild Lane.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to Franklin Community of Faith Church.
