He is survived by: his siblings, John Goerss (Katherine), Dr. Ronald Goerss (Isa), Richard Goerss (Marsha) and Deborah MacIlroy (Bruce); his nephew Alexander Goerss; his nieces, Christiana Goerss, Dr. Kelsey MacIlroy (John Michael) and Meghan MacIlroy; his great-nephew Iain MacIlroy; and his friend Bobbie Ehren.
