He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Garfield Brogan and Marie Bussell Brogan; his wife Nadine Norman Brogan; his son Scott G. Brogan; and his siblings, Betty Edwards and Philip R. Brogan.
He is survived by: his daughter Patsy Mosley (Laccie Anderson) of Columbia, TN; his grandchildren, Dave Jackson (Beverly) of Valdosta, GA and Kindal Jackson Pruitt of Madison, AL; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas Jackson of Valdosta, GA, Walter and Warren Pruitt of Madison, AL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
