He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burns and Florence Westmoreland Burns. He is survived by: his spouse Lesia Smotherman Burns; his children, McKinley "Bree" Rorie, X'Zayvion "Zay" Rorie, Vanessa Smotherman and Tristan Orr; and his brother Ronnie Burns (Sherry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
