Juliet, James Cummins Couch (Mary), Columbia, Montie Couch (Renee) of Hampshire, Wally Couch and Chris Couch (Jayda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
