He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ashworth; his daughters, Jennifer Sullivan (William), Jessica McBride (Josh), Katie Ashworth (Jason Owens) and Mandy Ashworth; his siblings, John Robert Ashworth (Sharon), Margaret Allen and Julia Faye Manley (Delbert); his grandchildren, Taylor Sullivan (Jamilyn), Dustin Sullivan (Cheyenne), Connor Sullivan, Caleb McBride, Aubrey McBride, Laney Sue McBride, Dylan Owens, Madison Owens, Carsen Price, Christopher Price, Brenden Michael Ward and Ander Justin Lyles; and his great grandchildren, Tolly James Sullivan and Ava Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
