He was predeceased by: his parents, James Coy and Elza Ray Swallows (Phillips); his son Jamison Swallows; his granddaughter Symphony Booker; and his niece Cherry Swallows.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Swallows; his daughter Stephanie Booker (Samuel); his siblings, Ronnie Swallows and Gail Whitehead Murakami; and his grandchildren, Samantha Johnson, Trenton Johnson, Sabian Booker and Teegen Booker.
