He is survived by: his children, Sharon Sewell (Thomas Pepple) of Columbia and Michael Gibson (Tina Davidson) of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Justin Sewell, Matthew Lynch (Melissa), Brandon Gibson (Heather Carter), Karita Harris and Sarah Lazarus. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
