He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Green; his children, Amy Capps Graves, Rebecca Ricketts (Joel) and Matt Capps (Laci); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Landon, Ellie Ricketts, Arden Owens-Welch and Asa Capps.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Williamsport Baptist Church.
