He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Elmo Woodward and Mary Lee Yokley Woodward; and his spouse Macel Jean Harvey. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Carpenter of Spring Hill and Terry Woodward (Lisa) of Hendersonville; his grandchildren, Michelle Woodward Sealey (G. K.) of Springfield, Brandon Woodward of White House, Christopher Carpenter (Liz) of Spring Hill and Shon Carpenter of Spring Hill; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Barnett of Springfield, Kensley Sealey of Springfield, Blake Woodward of White House, Reese Woodward of White House and Derek Woodward of White House. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
